The police department must have doctored the video, in that case, because he clearly says, and I quote:

"Hello, ma'am. [garbled]...The reason for your stop is that you didn't - you failed to signal your lane change..."

So, as you can see, he broke the speed limit on campus, in order to get on her bumper, and force a driving error.

Police have been known to do such things.

Rolling a stop sign in front of a police car generally gets you a ticket right now. Try it and see. :)

I’ve concluded that legally carrying is a very good idea in the event of most traffic stops. From.my experience, being polite and immediately revealing that one is legally carrying will usually make the cop either friendly or, at least, a lot less hostile.
