When Officer Friendly was hitting on the first young woman in the video, I kind of threw up in my mouth a little.
I think his bosses did, too - which is probably why he got suspended, and is being investigated.
He was in someone else's jurisdiction playing his little "warning ticket" game.
He should have kept it to the county roads, and the interstate.

I don’t know that we can be sure this cop was trolling for college girls, but when I was in college, late 70’s, a local yokel was well known to pull girls over and ask for their phone number. Known to us as “Radar Ralph” he got by with this for a long time before being fired. I think this is not an uncommon activity for some cops.
