She caught his eye because she ran a stop sign. This story has been on our local Houston news 24/7 since it happened. He was polite when he first asked her to get out of the car, she refused and to me, she sounded under the influence. It escalated from there.
You don’t argue with a cop unless you are trying to get yourself arrested.

Then why did he tell her he pulled her over for failure to signal a lane change?
Running a stop sign gets you a ticket right now.
Perhaps that didn't fit in with his "warning ticket" strategy...

She called him on his BS. I'm beginning to kind of admire her, but I'm a little disappointed that she didn't put her cigarette out in his eye.
