Here in Houston we have been subjected to news reports about this incident at every hour day and night. The woman was suffering from depression and tried to kill herself after losing a baby. The latest reports are about the huge amount of marijuana in her system.
The toxicology report showed she had “substantial amounts of marijuana” in her system at the time of her death. Further results are pending. Some are saying she must have ingested marijuana during the traffic stop to hide it. There is also speculation she hid it somewhere on her body and took it while in jail. To my knowledge this is still unclear.
