Warning: Graphic Video:
Disney World is supposed to be the "Happiest Place on Earth," but that didn't stop three women from coming to blows while waiting in line at Epcot over the weekend.
Channel 9 obtained cellphone video that shows the women fighting in line at the Test Track ride Saturday night.
WFTV's Deneige Broom is working to gather more details about what led to the brawl, but so far there has been no comment from the Sheriff's Office or Disney.
A guest captured the fight on video, which appears to show a verbal spat that started between a young woman wearing a Goofy hat, and another woman ahead in line. A few seconds later, a third woman with what appears to be an umbrella, joins the fight, hitting a guest repeatedly.
At one point in the video, a Disney employee tried to break up the brawl but he was pushed away.
The man who recorded the brawl said the women were eventually escorted out of the attraction by Disney personnel.
"Probably, they were tired and it was a little hot and probably in that heat, the people got angry for some reason," said tourist Mariela Ugaz.
Orange County deputies were called to the scene but no arrests were made. A Sheriff's Office spokesperson said they won't release the incident report because a juvenile was involved.
A Disney spokesperson said no one was asked to leave the park.
No injuries were reported.
Video at link. Their kids must be so proud.
It is the name Orange County. All fights that happen a Disneyland Disney World parks in the US have been in counties named Orange. Ban oranges now.
P.S I love the dreadlocks coming out from under the Goofy hat.
There’s more than a casual connection there......
Did the weave survive?
Yep! When the headlines don’t tell you... they’ve told you.
Dey do! Dey do!
Last time I was at Disney in FL was in ‘92. Thank-God the kids are grown.
Obama’s kids start beating others with an umbrella.
Gimmedat place in the line, biatch
Ban umbrellas!
P.S Where can I get a Glock .40 umbrella?
Called it before I clicked...

I looked the reporter up. Not surprisingly, she herself is black/African-American. Have you ever noticed that when a tv news station covers an even involving a particular minority, they almost always send a reporter of the same general category? If an incident involves a black person, they send a black reporter. If it involves an Asian person, they send an Asian reporter if they have one. Even if the reporter is not the same ethnicity - I’ve seen reporters of Japanese decent sent to cover stories involving Koreans, and so on.
I’ve always kinda wondered what the point of that was? Myself, I’d be a little insulted if I was sent to cover “the black story” or “the Latino story” simply because I happened to be black or Hispanic, or whatever. It seems a little condescending to me. Just an observation.
As for the fight...*smh* I’ve seen dozens of these stupid public fights in restaurants or where ever, and I have yet to see a single one of them that was necessary. It’s never about someone defending themselves against an attacker, or protecting another innocent. It’s invariably a whizzing match started over “disrespect” or something piddling like cutting in line.
Grow up, people. Why ruin a perfectly good outing (and risk getting arrested) over something you should just laugh off?
I saw a lot of slappin’....but no weave flyin’.
I went to Disney World and a Jerry Springer show broke out.
Seriously, that why Southwest Airlines had to go to “boarding numbers” rather than just lining up for flight boarding and seat selection as they did for years.
Too many protests about Amish “saving” spots in line for “frens.”
“Amish again.,,, this time at Walt Disney World! “
If this is like I’ve heard cruises are, there aren’t enough Amish at Disney, or on a cruise ship, so our beloved FEDGOV is giving the trips or cabins away for free or subsidized rates.
Can’t have only white people having these good times.
Bingo.
Anyone who saw The Godfather movies would agree.
