The US Constitution is on its head. Some punk administrator has the sole authority to spend hundreds of billions of dollars, while Congress sucks its thumb.

Yep like giving money to blacks and moving them around to different states like pieces on a chess board. Obviously this govt was taken over by outside forces a long time ago. Since Bush one the debt has soared.
“Hey Congress. No need to take more political hits until fall for raising the amount of debt we’re piling on our posterity. We’ll just cook the cooked books some more.”
Even Greenspan is concerned about government spending. His description of it: “extremely dangerous”.
(I know, he was part of the problem but its good that anyone is openly warning about it.)
