To: colorado tanker

I haven’t had the chance to watch other than headlines. I did hear him pick on the defense one time. Why didn’t they bring up their objections sooner. And that some of the objections were redundant.

As far as I am concerned, the Judge has behaved with great restraint. The defense filed every frivolous motion known to the law and then some. Had I done the same thing in a civil case I would have been sanctioned repeatedly and probably thrown in jail. I haven't seen that much of an overreach even in cases where big corporations have hired megafirms and given them a blank check.

One of their strategies was always to ask for more time and always say they weren't given enough time to prepare. If they had their way the case would never go to trial. Hopefully, the appeals courts will see it that way.
