The same life energy that causes the zygote to form in the womb, when it leaves the physical body in the process of death causes cell division and replication to stop instantly.
I think he meant to say that the Supreme Court has not decided yet when conception takes place.
Cuomo will get his chance to try to shout down God too.

Cuomo did a special for ABC news on Global Warming some years back... the upshot was that by 2015 Manhattan would be under water... Cuomo's not a scientist.

He doesn’t know when life begins? Yet he dutifully marches up and takes communion every Sunday?
I don’t think Cuomo was mainly hired for his brain power. He comes from a famous liberal Dem family, and he is more telegenic than his older brother. Wasn’t it Cuomo in the news last January in France, where he called a black terrorist an “African-American”, and Anderson Cooper quickly corrected him on the air, like an exasperated teacher correcting a student again for the same dumb mistake.
Cuomo comes by this honestly. His slimeball dad rose to fame as America’s uber-Catholic abortion supporter.
I agree.... Rubio presented himself as being well in command of the discussion and the facts and Cuomo looked to be someone pushing an ideological square peg into a round hole with no other objective than to push an agenda and to make Rubio look bad. I was very impressed with Rubio's passion and his stick-to-it-iveness on this issue.....and in the end, Cuomo ended up looked like an idiot.

Dear Mr. Cuomo and various other liberal ghouls,
Let me simplify the issue for you.
The gift of life begins at the exact moment someone else can take that gift from you.
Cuomo ignores that the Founding States made the 10th Amendment to clarify that the Constituton's silence about life issues like when life begins means that such issues are automatically up to the states to decide, not the feds.
In fact, since the Supreme Court refused to handle the Terri Schiavo euthanasia case in the name of 10th Amendment-protected state sovereignty, they should likewise let the states decide when life begins.
Instead, activist justices are applying PC, dual standards to the states concerning such issues.
Yes, science is pretty clear on when “life” begins. It’s not even advanced science either, this is stuff we teach kids in elementary school.
All of these candidates need to immediately turn this question back on Hillary just as Carly did a few months ago. They need to do it every single time they’re asked.
Ladies and Gentlemen, science has proven life begins at conception and is detected with a simple PREGNANCY TEST.
No blue dot, NO LIFE.
