According to the left, coal is bad. Oil is bad. Gas is bad. Nuclear is bad. Unfortunately until we find a way to power a generator by harnessing liberal smugness, we’re going to have to stick to these “bad” sources.

The EPA should divert money away from closing coal mines and electric power plants to clean up the - EPA created - massive toxic waste dump into the Animas River in San Juan County... which will go downstream into New Mexico and Utah for years = turbulence from future spring runoff.

The folks in the shadows who employ their services (along with local governments on the Range) live at high elevations and cool summer temperatures. They want more "open space," higher "property values" and a "wild" environment for more tourism. And believe it or not, many of them are Republicans in local public offices and retirement. They're bipartisan NIMBYs, and they don't want see any young family riff-raff at work producing anything.
