SAN FRANCISCO — The San Francisco Medical Examiner says a man whose dismembered body was found in a suitcase is a homicide victim.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/1DGxg6F) Tuesday that authorities have not said if they've located a crime scene in the killing of 58-year-old Omar Shahwan.
The determination means authorities believe Shahwan was killed before he was dismembered.
His headless torso was stuffed in a suitcase and left in front of a store about a week after he left his suburban San Francisco home on Jan. 21. His leg was tossed into a nearby trash bin, and his head and hands remain missing. A week later the suitcase was found. No arrests have been made.
A suspect died in a hospital of drug-related complications in February.

They're smart! Its a very common problem of people getting into suitcases themselves for fun, and then spontaneously becoming dismembered. Happens all the time!

They’re smart! Its a very common problem of people getting into suitcases themselves for fun, and then spontaneously becoming dismembered. Happens all the time!

There was a spy a few years ago who was dead, in a zippered duffel bag (wherever) in the UK... they ruled it suicide
