(CNN)Donald Trump's glittering empire of New York skyscrapers and Atlantic City casinos have long had a darker side, allegations that the mob helped build them.
Trump's alleged ties to New York and Philadelphia crime families go back decades and have been recounted in a book, newspapers and government records.
"The mob connections of Donald are extraordinarily extensive," New York investigative journalist Wayne Barrett told CNN in an interview.

1. Said Mexicans were killers and rapists (false, he didn’t say that)
2. Said McCain was not a hero (false, he didn’t say that)
3. Abused and raped his former wife (false, he didn’t do that)
4. His daughter works with Oprah so it’s all a democrat conspiracy (yeah right)
5. Got a call from Bill BJ Clinton to get involved and do a ‘Perot’ on the GOP (yeah right)
6. Drives all businesses into bankruptcy (uh huh)
7. Hates women and demeans them (uh huh)
8. Is a friend of the Mob, the Cosa Nostra, the Yakuz, the Triads and MS-13 (Okeee .....)
One could add so many more.
And then there are the ‘predictions’:
1. He will screw up.
2. He will flame out.
3. He will commit suicide.
4. He will be caught fornicating (what?).
5. He will .......... (fill in the blank, make it good).
You’re going to deal with unions controlled by mobsters. And crooked politicians. So, Trump has experience in dealing with thugs (Like Iranians and Putin) and crooked politicians (Like congress).
guess that means I'm in the ‘mob’ also...

If anyone other than Hillary is the nominee, Bill will work to sabotage the Democratic nominee to get Jeb in. It’s part of the deal the two families worked out years ago.

I agree this article is ridiculous. If anyone did any business, especially construction in the NY-NJ area in the early 80’s you were gonna cross paths with some “Wiseguys”.
But the casino license? It was probably a connected guy who approved it! :)

Whatever. Believe what you want. All the candidates have connections - maybe not with mafia, but they are owned by someone - and so there you have it.

That doesn't make sense though.
I can see Trump punching holes in Hillary with the populists as a third party much easier than I can see him stealing away a republican base that wouldn't vote for Jeb, anyway.

WELL that’s it. Mr Ts grandfather was from Germany. Even changed the family name and told people he was from Sweden. The entire family must be German spies!
