since when ????? can a judge issue a restraining order against freedom of speech & press because of political concerns....using the excuse that if people get to witness the published items, some people might be so angry at the crimes the videos expose that they might commit crimes themselves....so we have to protect the criminals from having their crimes exposed because imagined law-breakers might do the criminals harm after seeing the video........and it’s ok for the JUDGE to break the law to protect the lawbreakers from imagined potential law-breakers.????? Thanks judge, but no thanks. The people don’t need protection from free speech, they need protection from criminals who would inhibit free speech & protects criminals from being brought to justice.
You're referring to a nation governed by laws, which we stopped being a few years ago. We are now a nation governed by men, and many of the judges serve wishes of the current occupant of the White House, who wants Planned Parenthood protected at all costs.
