The guy standing to the right of Stevie is Duke Robillard. I had played keyboards with Duke (Mike) way back in the day when we began first playing the blues. He and a keyboard friend of mine, Al Copley, went on to create from that origin what was to be known as the Roomful of Blues.

Duke later when on to play with the Fabulous Thunderbirds when Jimmie Vaughan left to play with his brother Stevie. The T-birds had another Westerly, Rhode Island boy playing drums with them ... Fran Christina

Fran did some percussion on ‘Couldn’t Stand the Weather’.
