Wow, time goes by. I saw him live close to a dozen times and attribute my Tinnitus mostly to that.....among other things.
Truly one of the best and so sad he was taken after he cleaned up. He didn't play, it 'flowed' through him....

Yup, we’ve got that performance on DVD, fabulous. That and “Live at the El Mocambo” are my favorites.(My tinnitus is so bad my wife can hear it)
