HOUSTON, Texas — One night after Deputy Darren Goforth was executed at a Chevron station in Houston, Texas, over a thousand people gathered at the site to memorialize the man who was apparently murdered simply because he wore a police uniform. There was an outpouring of support for Harris County Sheriff Deputy Goforth, and for law enforcement officers and their families.
Deputy Goforth was shot execution-style at a gas station on Friday night. The officer was in uniform and was putting gas in his patrol car at a Chevron station in northwest Houston. Witnesses told Breitbart Texas that the shooter shot the deputy in the back of the head and three times in the back.
This brutal killing comes within days of a radio show based in Texas wherein a group of black radicals called for the lynching of whites and killing of cops, as Breitbart Texas reported.

A policeman was killed last night.
He died while protecting your rights.
His creed was to protect and serve.
This fate he didn’t deserve.
A mom and dad have lost a son.
So many other jobs he could’ve done.
His wife and kids are left alone.
Their daddy won’t be coming home.
His fellow officers are hurt so deep.
For a fallen brother they weep.
The morning paper will print a story.
About a policeman who died in glory.
The flags will fly at half mast.
Politicians and citizens will seem sad.
The funeral is tomorrow at noon.

No, it is not all Farrakhan’s fault. The cowards in positions of authority who scratched their balls, tugged on their hair, snickered up their sleeves, winked. and looked the other way instead of arresting him for making terroristic threats are equally to blame. The blood of the Deputy is on their heads also. In fact, I would say that they are more to blame.

I wonder how long it will be before we lose recruits to be police.
I am worried.
I am going to throw fuel on the fire only because it needs to be said. Police departments are primarily liberal because of unionization and contract talks with officials. The same officials who condemn police departments for their abuse of criminals, most notably black criminals who also support liberal policies.
And no one sees anything wrong with that nor will comment on it. It’s a circle of violence fomented by liberals to keep both groups of voters in line.
Sorry, while I feel horrible for the family’s loss, this was bound to happen sooner rather than later. Maybe it’s time police departments do what is right and wrong instead of right and left.

When do you suppose the law-abiding citizens will show up with guns in the hand to help serve and protect the various police forces and have an uprising of our own...? Are we really that far away from the next revolution??

I see your point but I truly believe that the liberal stance of police departments, especially in metropolitan areas, reflect the politics of not only the departments but of the cities in which they operate. And..not to sound racist, but the change in demographics in those areas.
There are bad apples in every group no doubt. But for the most part the police do a good job. That being said I really think almost every policeman in this country is jumpy, as well they would be. I really forsee more aggressive action in the future. That is not a matter of right or wrong...it’s a matter of surviving while doing your very dangerous job.
LF should be charged with instigating a murder. But, in reality - it is the guy who pulled the trigger who is at fault. He made that choice. I can just imagine what the cops who have to see his mug day in and day out, and take his meal trays to him must really feel. They’d rather take him out, I suppose.
