On Monday’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “The Five,” “Red Eye” host Tom Shillue sounded off on the controversial Black Lives Matter movement after the killing of Harris County, TX deputy Darren Goforth. Shillue argued it was time to act aggressively against the Black Lives Matter movement and suggested they are creating a threat to public safety.

I’m confident the Black Lives Matter criminal conspiracy speaks for only a tiny fraction of Black americans, most of whom want nothing to do with them. If an ethnic shooting war started, however, the numbers speak for themselves.
Can’t do that. BlackLM goes straight to the DNC, ACORN and Barry personally. If you prosecute the people in charge, that means the entire Dem machine right to the top.
And who will do that?
It can be done and it will, under a Trump/Cruz, Carson, or Carley White House.

You can understand why Mr. Trump has those high numbers of support.
I’d like to believe that. And it can be done. The question is, WILL it? Personally I think there is far more evidence pointing toward “We have to put this behind us/the time has come for America to begin the healing process” just as we see every time a lib gets cornered. Because unless any president guts the entire political cesspool, they will do nothing but block any action as a matter of self preservation.
Rights carry responsibilities.
Right now, he’s the ONLY one that doesn’t back down from something!
It is groups like these that will very much give the election to Mr. Trump and company.
It would be much better to identify specific individuals who have said obviously criminal things, and then go after them.
Of course, this whole thing is just a philosophical argument anyway. The government would never move against anyone in the BLM movement, regardless of what they did.
Unless the election is suspended due to ‘national crisis’/martial law from these groups realizing it.
We would all do well to remember that liberals have never been this close to total power. They will not suffer another Reagan-like delay in their march to Utopia. And as we see, the killing is already well underway.

Murders forfeit their 1A rights. And an accessory is as guilty as the killer.
Right you are. Identify the specific BLM member who has said something that can be linked to a murder, then prosecute that BLM member.
But to shut down the entire group...as the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for. If one group can be shut down because of a few hateful members, then other groups can also be shut down because of a few "hateful" members. And I sure wouldn't want the government to decide what "hateful" means in this case.
I am very confident that the elections in 2016 will take place.

You’re not correct.
It’s much the same as with radical vs. moderate Muslims.
The radical blacks want Whitey dead. The moderate blacks want the radical blacks to make Whitey dead.
This makes blacks as a group, very effective shock troops for the Left. You can never tell if that sweet little girl who sings in the choir at the Antioch Baptist Church will go full Mugabe when SHTF.
And as another FReeper pointed out upthread, there’s accessory to the crime, and aiding/abetting to consider. Even the non-combatants will be guilty.
Pointing out the possibility is not ‘sounding like a downer’. In fact it would be rather pollyanna’ish to stick ones head in the sand on that issue.
