The experts in CIA got Iraq nukes wrong, Afghanistan hideouts and who to back. State got Benghazi wrong and they were on the ground.

State got Benghazi right, at least they probably think they did. They were running weapons up to Syria, arming ISIS in hopes of taking out Assad. They also instigated and abetted the uprising that murdered Khadafy (and many more). Stevens was just collateral damage in their bigger global effort to take out secular leaders and put in radical muslims.
