Well Joe what has your boss done with economic policies over the last 7 years?? Has he failed if you come up with this as a key issue??? What would you do differently?? And if there is so much unfairness in the tax code, why didn’t you and Obama try to do anything about it?? You guys have had the power for almost 7;years now.
This indicates to me that Biden certainly intends to run; any Dem who wants to compete in the general election is going to have to distance themselves from Obama (though criticizing him directly won’t be permitted), and this is Joe’s opening harangue.
