What would your homeowner’s insurance premium be if they have to replace broken solar cells? I live in a known hail area,too,& my premium & deductibles went way up even with no solar.
I didn’t ask but I would think that it now being part of the home, it would fall into that 1% of home value, plus whatever else they choose to toss in.
