She was trained well by the Clinton cabal, wasn’t she? She ought to be ashamed of herself. She’s been tied to Hillary Clinton since she was in her early twenties. She couldn’t find anything better for lifetime work than tying herself to a family of crooks - not to mention her choice of a husband.
Welllll - in our extended family there are situations similar to this - one or the other takes charge of the family’s finances, and as long as everything is going well, the other spouse has little reason to question or be suspicious, or EVen knows much. When there’s a reason, they ask!
The OTHer spouse may be ‘in charge’ of other parts of their life.
Some of our 4 daughters live so differently from what they saw here.
