The deal was allowed to go through by Republicans that made 60 majority become 40%+1.
We know who to blame and why they should be stripped of their power. I only wish we could throw them in prison and track all their money in search of treason.

I 100% agree. I in no way blame the Democrats. RATS will be RATS. I blame the GOP that they pissed away it constitutional duty because they are afraid of Obama. BTW, Morris stated that a 80% supported senate ratifying the agreement.
