Yes, and even if this LtCol recommends a Court Martial that recommendation will go to Gen. Robert Abrams who can dismiss it or recommend a Special CM or go all out and recommend the most serious, a General CM.
I know nothing about Gen. Abrams, hopefully he’s not in 0bama’s pocket.
