Create a “clock” like the one this kid built, and leave it unattended in a government building or other public space. See if the authorities think it’s not a big deal.

That anyone is this nation would treat clock boy as some sort of victim, or some sort of example to be honored shows how far things have fallen. Obama reveals what a low life POS he is more each day.
What would all these bootlickers want done if such a device was found in someone’s carryon luggage at an airport? Have any of them ever heard of plastique explosives that can be shaped, molded, and flattened like play dough?
The school officials and the police did the right thing, and any overreaction was very minor and understandable.
Dare we hope that “another school” is in another country?
It is kinda curious that we aren’t hearing any sort of testimonials from his classmates, or his classmates’ parents on this.
One way or another. Having a bunch of his classmates come forward to say that he was just another A/V club geek (like I was) would quiet this down nicely.

and got the response that he wanted (and purposely provoked).
Everybody in high school brings a briefcase with wires which they claim as a clock - it's common, isn't it ?
