I know I sound like a broken record, but it is ALWAYS, ‘Mommy’s New Boyfriend’ who kills these innocent kids. Infuriating! Women are SO stupid.

Glad that ‘Mommy’ is being charged as well.

When I was a single mom and dating I never brought any guy around my kids until I knew them pretty well, then I would invite them over for dinner. There’s too many nuts out there.

I agree with you. We see this way too often. A young woman bears a child. Then she has a relationship with a man not the child's father. The new "boyfriend" sees the child as a nuisance and an annoyance. An impediment to the "fun" he would prefer to have with the mother. A burden that the new man does not want to take on. In all too many cases, this ends with tragic results.

For some reason, women think they can bounce from man to man and that their new man will accept their children from other men. In most cases, not true. There are exceptions where a mature, established man may assume paternity for children not his own but that usually entails a long term relationship commitment (i.e. marriage and formal adoption) and the woman assuming the bulk of the day-to-day care and the traditional role of a wife/mother.

In other words, the partying, free-living days of the mother are OVER.
