However tempting it might be for both parties to pair up, their independence (at least right now) it what is so prized about them!
While I doubt he knows about it, I hope someone tips off Reince Preibus about something, and that is the comments section that follow these videos. Every one of their videos, in the comments sections, are fans of Trump of multiple ethnicities. Let’s see about that “big tent” they claim they really want. I’ve been on this planet a few decades now, and I’ve never seen people post that they are going to register as GOP just to vote for a particular candidate. Especially not our black, asian, & hispanic brothers and sisters. It’s delightful to see and gives me hope that Obama hasn’t wrecked the ship of state like the USS Minnow.
Off topic, but....I know Trump doesn’t pay for polls and his reasoning for not doing them is sound. But there IS a poll I’d like him to pay to take and that is a poll of the state of NY. NYC has always dragged down the mostly red parts of NY state. I wonder what the results would be if one of their own were on the ticket. From what I understand, the Trump family is well-liked in NYC, and they have employed many thousands there. This is on top of the many charitable causes they’ve supported in NYC.
If he can produce a credible poll that shows he could win NY, the hierarchy at GOP HQ just got the mother of all headaches.
