He's made it clear that he cares more about Puerto Ricans on the island and Hispanic immigrants more than the mainland Americans he's supposed to "represent", so I say deport him anyway. If he wishes to represent Puerto Rico, let him run for delegate there. He has no business serving as a Congressman from Illinois.

Maybe it’s just familiarity breeding contempt but I swear, there are very few scumbags I wouldn’t prefer as my Congressman. I was actually disappointed I wasn’t redistricted into Danny Davis’ seat.
