At least from an engineer who blogged about building a copy

Now if and when little Ahmed’s family picks up the clock from the police, we’ll see if it is so

However, a 110-volt clock from the same 15-year timeframe is not “the same model” as a 12-volt clock, even if they are manufactured by the same company.

And clocks from that time (and later) are a dime a dozen at thrift shops, which are full of old electronics.
