Don’t go anywhere near those ones.
If you see them, turn around and go the other way.
Simple as that.

If the man dies, that’s automatically upgraded to felony murder in the first degree.
Hope they catch the scumbag.

Damn, how are they supposed to catch the assailant?? From the video, he looks like all the other assailants!! It’s real hard to tell which one he is!

As a 69 year old veteran, I will not turn away from anything. Call me stupid, but that is my nature. I have a right to walk the streets as much as they do. By the way I’m CCW licensed and ain’t afraid to defend myself.

An attack on elderly should always be considered attempted murder.

That’s all good, you do have those rights.
These ones like to sucker punch or ambush. They don’t play fair or by the rules.
I generally just avoid the places these ones are found.
I’m really glad that i do not live in New Orleans any longer.

Problem is, most of them hit from behind and you would not have time to use a gun before they knocked you out.
That is why I favor large, nasty dogs as walking companions.
They’ll smell them before they ever see them and alert, long before they get into sucker-punch distance.

Could be but more likely Mexican. Ain't no Mehican. That's a native crazy with a couple decades of drug use in him.
