This is old news but it makes an important point that has not been addressed thus far.

Dozens of county clerks refused to do their jobs when they personally felt their conscience required them to issue illegal licenses to same sex couples.

There was no vast internet crescendo demanding that these clerks "do their jobs."

This hypocrisy needs to be highlighted.
