From what I hear in Texas, it’s been an uphill battle to get these children to stop having babies. Maybe this is the latest attempt to control that.

It’s the same here. In my opinion, this is just to delay the girls from getting pregnant until their bodies are more mature and able to crank out those child welfare credits.

I would never say this unless I had seen it firsthand. There was a time that I wouldn’t have believed it. The “fathers” are either disabled or periodically imprisoned for illegal drugs. I know of one family with a total of seventeen individuals who draw on some kind of government dole. They all have free healthcare, free everything for their kids, free food, reduced rent and huge tax refunds; even though not a one of them works. They go on vacation and buy cars at refund time.

If you ask me, these are the new “privileged class” of Americans, unlike all us poor smucks who work for a living.
