I believe if you dig enough...you will find the Clinton Foundation and Blumental somewhat involved in the Ukraine episode, and helped to convince some EU idiots to create an unworkable situation that the Russians would not agree with.

Beyond a state government apparatus, the Clinton Foundation is like some semi-gov’t apparatus, that wants country agreements in place that will benefit the Foundation, and it’s supporters.
