This is outrageous and an outright fraudulent propaganda ploy.
Not only did they photoshop his skin his skin color to white and remove his black Obamaesque moles to make him look white and remove any the moles which could make some people associate this guy with President Obama because they are both half black and have similar facial characteristics, whoever photoshopped the picture also slimmed and re shaped the killers nose and lips make them look more Caucasian to disguise the fact that this guy is a light skinned Negro, not a white caucasian.
This guy was as black as our president is and probably a member of the #BlackLivesMatter movement. .
