Egypt says Russia's intervention in Syria will counter terrorism

Russia's intervention in Syria will curtail the spread of terrorism and help deal a fatal blow to Islamic State in the war-torn country, Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said on Saturday.

Russia launched air strikes in Syria on Wednesday in its biggest Middle East intervention in decades, marking a dramatic escalation in a more than four-year-old civil war in which every major country in the region has a stake.

"Russia's entrance, given its potential and capabilities, is something we see is going to have an effect on limiting terrorism in Syria and eradicating it," Shoukry said in a televised interview on Saturday.

Vladimir Putin said he is striking Islamic State and helping Syria's Bashar al-Assad, long Russia's closest ally in the region. But the United States is concerned that Moscow is propping up Assad, who Washington has long held should leave.

All the West looking like foolish amateurs.

Still laser-focused on removing Assad.

And, it's personal for Obama.

The U.S. had the SAME trouble with Basher Assad's dad: Hafez Assad. They are going to do what THEY want to do the h - e - double hockey sticks with the U.S.
Nothing has changed. In fact, maybe Basher has a son who will step into HIS shoes someday. The Arabs have been fighting with each since they have been Arabs.

They think differently than we do. It's that simple.

I’m wondering if Obama is blackmailing various leaders here. The NSA was listening to to the French and the Germans, plus the EU Parliament in Brussels.

There has to be a reason, one day Hollande and Merkel seem to agree with Putin on Syria, then the next day they say the opposite and mouth off what Obama’s blabbering....to me it seems like they’re being blackmailing with whatever the NSA has on them.

Israel and Iraq and now Egypt appear to agree with Putin.

The only country in the region that are upset are Saudi Arabia, for obvious reasons, such as they support and fund ISIS and all the other radical Islamist maniacs.

Saudi does have a reason to be afraid, they’re pretty much hated by most of the Arab countries, considered even Infidels, this goes back to them allowing US military to base themselves within Saudi Arabia.

He blackmails Supreme Court Justices, Generals, Senators and Congressmen here with NSA info, why not Europe?

Russia is going in and getting things done, unencumbered by mewling “Occupy” types and political correctness.

I don’t really think we have any business here, anyway. Syria has been in Russia’s sphere for decades.

You know, some time soon, they’re just going to have to tell him to p-ss off. If they don’t, this madman is going to get half the world killed, because he’ll be responsible for WWIII.

I’m having trouble deciding who to believe but seeing as how Egypt kicked the mooselim brothahood’s collective asses to the curb, I’m inclined to go with its assessment of this situation.

Here, Yes, Hillary refined it and he abuses it

Internationally he is a failure, being used now but he may have delusions now beyond what he was promised by his handler

He only has one, Valerie Jarrett

The Red Queen...

Lets just call him “The X Candidate” with his actual origin unknown, as are his real intentions...

Watch and See...

Washington has had SUCH astounding success establishing democracies in the ME by dumping Arab dictators in favor of insane jihadist movements. You’d almost think it was deliberate...

Russia hasn’t done squat over there.

Last month:

“Last month it emerged that half of the group’s fighters have now been killed, whilst others are deserting en masse after their salaries were slashed.”

Ex-KGB $70 billion dollar gangster has not done squat.

"Be happy with the Syrian Rump state"

But who would have the rest of it?

And, would they, then, be the ones who destroyed Syria?

It’s not common core math. More dead slimes = fewer terrorists!

"Israel and Iraq and now Egypt appear to agree with Putin."

While I don't give one crap about Iraq's leadership, it makes me wonder now that Egypt has aligned with Israel regarding Russia's intervention. Makes me think they understand the "Arab Spring" was a disaster and would rather have a Saddam in Syria than let it fall to numerous radical Islam factions that would spread their insanity.

If there was one moment in recent history I'd wish to be a fly on the wall in the Oval Office is when Opeaser watched the military coup of his Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. Man, did they get that right.

Well I think many people agree that the “Arab Spring” wasn’t some spontaneous happening, that it was organised, probably emanating from Obama and John Brennan, one possibly a Muslim, the other an acknowledged Muslim.

I think anyone with half a mind would agree that none of this mayhem would be happening if Saddam hadn’t of been removed.

Saddam knew these people were complete savages, ditto Assad knows, which is why for decades they were kept well and truly under the thumb.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Obama and Brennan aren’t planning some sort of coup against President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
