Another old-wives-tale promoted by the legalize-my-pot crowd. Repeat felons dealing in most cases, not just sit-at-home tokers who got caught.

I understand most of these people are in because they were repeat offenders...

I think spending 20 years in prison, they are now either reasonable reformed or now hard core criminals...

Even guys caught today low level dealing pot are basically getting a light sentence or several shots at reforming themselves...
