It all depends on who you are. This is the same Congress that sent Trafficant to prison for not playing ball (7 years of his 8.5 years served were in solitary confinement, he really pissed somebody off). Another example is Hillary (and her gf) improperly handling thousands of classified documents and to date not charged with anything, while CIA director David Petraeus was sentenced to two years' probation and fined $100,000 for allowing his biographer (and gf) access to only his personal notebook.
