I hear “everyone” commenting on a LTC’s apparent recommendation that Bergdahl be tried for lower level charges, but I can’t find a direct quotation. I’m not for leniency for Bergdahl, but I would like to see what that LTC actually said.

Perhaps Judge Jeanine had it on her Saturday night show. She did say that she will be watching to see if the three officers involved in the recommendation/decision receive a promotion before obozo leaves office...

IMO if they keep their jobs, it will just be more proof that the military officers of today aren’t about to upset the CIC - even being the rank pos that he is!

I believe that at this time, his report is being kept secret. From what I've read, Bergdahl's lawyer is asking that the full report be released.
