That is correct. In any event I’ve listened carefully and Hillary has never said “Marked AS classified”, just “Marked Classified”.
A case of the meaning of “As” is.
For anyone wanting to pin the felony tail on the Hillary donkey, it would be money in the bank.

ASA... When I was in the USAF in the early ‘50s there were 4 categories, Top Secret, Secret, Confidential (?) and Restricted.
