It’s funny until you stop to consider, based on the make-up of the UN, that they might be successful in their endeavor.
Proper archaeology would easily show the wall predates Mohommed and it being a Jewisb site has always been a given, but the politics of the UN could also end up with the wall being labeled as another “contested site”. I think this is the goal.
