Go to the source to read this whole, very interesting article. Say what you will, Donald Trump is right about one thing: US "Gubmint" leaders are stupid. It's unfair to characterize this very bright teen as a "stoner". Clearly this government should be thanking him for exposing a serious vulnerability. Is a medal in order?

A stoner once told me he “hacked into shell oil’s corporate network” I dismissed him as a junky loser. But seeing what this pot head did, I should have taken him more seriously.

I think they’ll want to make an example out of him to deter people from doing this in the future

Make an example so the next guy who finds a vulnerability keeps his mouth shut and just sells the info.

[“I can’t believe he did this to the head of the CIA,’’ the source added. “[The] problem with these older-generation guys is that they don’t know anything about cybersecurity, and as you can see, it can be problematic.”]

Even some not-that-old aren’t hip on cybersecurity. I’ve tried to deal with it, quite unsuccessfully in one particular instance. Duh was the operative word.

Bill Clinton’s CIA Director John Deutch also had a nonchalant attitude about government secrecy.

“The FBI and other federal agencies are now investigating the hacker, with one source saying criminal charges are possible, law enforcement sources said.

“I think they’ll want to make an example out of him to deter people from doing this in the future,” said a source who described the situation as “just wild” and “crazy.” “

A stoner hacks into the CIA directors AOL accounts where he has secret documents. And the kid is the one in trouble. Welcome to the totalitarian government. America was really fun, wasn’t it?

After all - It's not as if they could employ the very brightest and best security experts with their overt and covert black budgets that for all practical purposes have just about unlimited funds.

Or is it?

Deutch had 17,000 files on a disk, logged onto Russian sites at home. During Deutch's tenure Colby took a moonlight canoe ride for having been too frank with Congress re the Family Jewels.

Brennan head of Riyadh station 1996-9, likely convert, stipulated jihad a legitimate religious tenet, donated to Obama in 2008 when Brennan's The Analysis Corp. accessed Obama's passport file.

So now they bust a citizen for watching back.

The kid should be a hero for exposing the vulnerability. But instead it's ...

THen again, this is the CIA, it might be...

Then again it's the gay adminstration, so it might just get "ridiculous!"

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s email scandal didn’t stop the head of the CIA from using his own personal AOL account to stash work-related documents, according to a stoner high school student who claims to have hacked into them.

That's because there have not been ANY negative consequences for Hillary Rodham Clinton as a result of the "email scandal". No one seems to give a rip.

Dang! Hire this kid and put him to work doing something useful for the country beside exposing the CIA director for the d#ckhead he is!

The hacker’s Twitter page includes the Muslim Shahada creed, which translates as, “There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”

I wouldn't read too much in to this fact. Typing the Shahada might have been a homework assignment for school...
