How does the State Department issue stand down orders to the CIA? And how attentive was Petreus, as head of CIA, when he was busy messing around with those Islamic beauties in Florida? The pro Republican Washington Times article below speaks of a chaotic scramble at the Libiyan CIA offices that day.
