Michelle Malkin has lost a lot of credibility in the eyes of many conservatives due to her stance on marijuana legalization in Colorado. We can't take her seriously anymore knowing she came out in favor of it.
Her position is the same as Ted Cruz' - can you no longer take him seriously?

If Ted Cruz was in agreement with legalizing marijuana, then yes, I no longer take him seriously either, but you'll have to show me concrete proof that is the case.
Legalizing marijuana is further killing the nation, and anyone who supports it needs to re-evaluate their priorities because nothing good will come of it, NOTHING!
