What about the two adults she killed? If it was being considered her conduct was negligent with regard to the fetus, uh, er.. Not a Person, why isn't she charged with manslaughter in the deaths of the two adults? They must have been conservatives, and again, aren't considered Persons. What a country!

I believe she was charged with those deaths as well and Aqquited by a jury.
