It seems as if everything is bad for you.
I like the idea that you should eat a variety of foods in moderation.
Going to extremes on anything will have detrimental effects. Eating too much sausage everyday will be bad for you longer term. But going on a watermelon and fruit diet will also had bad effects.
So where do we draw the line??? We all have to make those choices.
Off topic maybe, but heard yesterday that McDonald’s has added butter to Egg McMuffins, and sales are way up after they started using real butter.
I think that's the trick aw well. It's also smart to research foods. For instance fresh pork sausage (not the kind with preservatives) is very low in cholesterol. And I'm pretty sure our bodies needs at least some cholesterol.
A variety of foods - especially with an emphasis on vegetables, fruits, and nuts - is key, along with proper exercise of course.

Agreed. Variety, Moderation & Exercise is all you need to know. But how can you make money or exert any control over people with that advice?
