As long as replacement levothyroxine hormones are taken at prescribed level, hypothyroid should have no symptoms whatsoever. Intentional overdosing on the hormone is a problem because it increases metabolism to keep up with a demanding schedule. Modern blood tests make hypothyroid precisely treatable.
There might be a scar at the front base of Hillary’s neck indicating goiter surgery in the past. Goiter is thyroid related.
Synthetic l-thyroxine is indeed standard, although some prefer the ‘natural’ cow gland. I’ve never heard of thyroid hormone from pigs.
Anyway, if Hillary is hypothyroid, and she's taking crushed "pig glands" that is known as Armour thyroid.
But ask any physician about that, and they will tell you that you need true, pure synthroid, or its equivalent.
NOT Armour thyroid.
If she's taking Armour, her doctor is really out of date.

In Hillary’s case, alcohol might be the bigger problem.

Not sure if Hillary looks well. Good Doctors can tell whether someone looks healthy. Maybe Dr. Carson should examine her. She acted as if she was medicated during the hearing. The MSM seems like they are in a hypnotic spell
cast by the Clinton Machine. Follow the money. Clinton money supports the MSM by advertising on the networks. The talking heads must get their paychecks for supporting candidates who have money for political advertisements.
And .. the falling down in connection with the thyroid mention is interesting.
Some thyroid medications can cause you to faint .. a lot. I know from personal experience. Fortunately, I was at work (where there was immediate medical staff), and I never actually fell down .. but it’s really a scary occurrence. And, I suspect she takes the weird pig stuff because she cannot tolerate the prescription medicine.
That is not a good thing to have in the position of President. Not at all. Such a stressful job will not be healthy for her.
Hence the coughing fit— dry mouth and throat. not enough thyroid— which also makes one looney.
Whole thyroid not synthroid or generic with micro dosing? Odd.
She is a very sick old woman. She had to stop the hearing that exposed her lie about the video. She went to “meditate” ( actually medicate) . She is not physically or morally fit to be president. Trump will eat her for lunch.
