On Wednesday, Vice President Joe Biden stepped back from the 2016 presidential campaign. Standing in the White House Rose Garden, flanked by his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, and President Obama, the vice president seemed reluctant, even regretful, as he passed up a third try for the presidency.

It seemed to me that what he was saying was a message to Hillary that the JUST US department would not prosecute her no matter what happened at the hearings. JMHO!

I’ve got 55 inches of Uncle Joe’s teeth on my screen right now and they are blinding me. This guy sure cares about his hair and teeth. At least he got rid of his mullet finally.
I think he’s probably got something to hide... and he knows, or has been told, that if he runs it won’t be hidden anymore.... that’s my guess.

Yeah... that whole scene was kinda strange. Why not just have his staff tell the media that he isn’t running. Release a statement and be done with it. He was told to make that little performance and remove all doubt so the witch could sail through.
