Kind of like locking the door after the thief has left isn’t it? More like locking the door after the thief and his entire family have entered your home and moved into one of your bedrooms.

Kind of like locking the door after the thief has left isn’t it? Problem is, the thief hasn't left yet. To the contrary, he's lounging around and consuming the fruits of the homeowner, leaving the homeowner poorer and less safe. And the government is aiding and abetting him.
