Bankers have been using The Mandrake Mechanism ( and how the Federal Reserve Creates Money ) for a long time by loaning money to both sides during a war.

One example of many : JP Morgan, Rockefeller, and pals needed Woodrow Wilson to drag the USA get into WW1.
