DT: Day one. This is why I got into this race. Because the everyday working person in this country is getting screwed. Lobbyists write the rules to benefit the rich and powerful. They buy off Senators like Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) to help them get rich at the expense of working Americans by using H-1B visasâso called âhigh techâ visasâto replace American workers in all sorts of solid middle class jobs. If I am President, I will not issue any H-1B visas to companies that replace American workers and my Department of Justice will pursue action against them.
BNN: What do you think of Rubioâs bill?
DT: Itâs a disaster. It would allow any company in America to replace any worker with cheaper foreign labor. It legalizes job theft. It gives companies the legal right to pass over Americans, displace Americans, or directly replace Americans for good-paying middle class jobs. More than 80 percent of these H-1Bs are paid less than the average wage. Senator Rubio works for the lobbyists, not for Americans. That is why he is receiving more money from Silicon Valley than any other candidate in this race. He is their puppet.
BNN: Do you think agree with Senator Rubio that there is a shortage of talented Americans?
DT: Rubio is dead wrong. America produces the best and brightest in the world. Itâs time to stand up for own studentsâmany of whom are racked with terrible, terrible debt and facing a disastrous job market. We are graduating two times more students in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) than find jobs in those fields every year. We have a surplus of talented Americans and we need them to get jobs first.

Thank you :)
Whatever helps you sleep at night.
Yes, I have to say that I prefer Cruzâ foundational core conservative beliefs, but Trump is kicking butt every day.
No flame from me. Good news! Some of the best reading since barry took office :)
During the debate, he said nothing against H1B. Actually he was very positive about it
Actually his statement here is pretty much what Marco Rubio said, and Trump failed to say.
The only thing I will say is that Rubio is bought and paid for by Silicon Valley and Trump is not.
Deporting 12 million plaintiffs would have no effect at all on the court system. /s
Thank you for posting this...lot of details I had not known about!
Trump is the ONLY PERSON WITH THE RIGHT STANCE ON THE ONLY ISSUE THAT MATTERS.

Wow thanks for posting this—had not seen any of this before!
The âonly issue that mattersâ to you.
But you are a small piece of a large pie.
Letâs hear from some other pieces.
.
The courts have already blocked all actions that would remove any large number of aliens.
Until the problem of legislation by judges is corrected, there is nothing that can be done.
Fixing the courts is the issue of the 2016 election.
This is why it is beyond foolish to give credence to the ignorant bombast of one such as Trump.
.
You don't say. I'd love to read about such a case but I can't find anything about it.
.
It all began with Proposition 187 in California, that blocked giving any public assistance to any illegal alien.
It was declared unconstitutional by the usual suspects.
The rest spilled out from there.
Its amazing that you don’t remember what Gov Jan Brewer went through in Arizona.
You’re permanently buried under a mushroom in the middle of a cabbage patch.
.
Part of our argument on the right has been, enforce the current laws on the books and that would be a great improvement. I think what you’re saying is with the current judicial climate even IF all the agencies in charge began enforcing those laws, they would be stopped by various courts in a minute.
I do remember watching from a distance what Governor Brewer went through fighting the feds and courts. Not pretty.
Who say's I don't? I remember it quite clearly. I used to live in AZ pre SB1070, and visited often after. It made a huge difference.
Still waiting for those court cases you claim that say we can't deport "large numbers of aliens". Take your time.
.
Everything Brewer did, and attempted to do, was blocked by the courts.
Your memory isn’t worth dog poop.
.
Let's recap. You said."The courts have already blocked all actions that would remove any large number of aliens."
Your proof ? Laughably is Prop 187 and SB1070. Neither law contained provisions to "remove large numbers".
Then you make the completely false statement "Everything Brewer did, and attempted to do, was blocked by the courts."
SCOTUS UPHELD the main provision of SB1070 which allowed police to ask for proof of legal residency. The two provisions that were struck down are already against the law at the federal level making them moot points.
Brewer also signed in the Immigration Reform and Control Act which makes it "unlawful for a person or other entity . . . to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an alien knowing the alien is an unauthorized alien." SCOTUS has UPHELD this law as well.
So, thanks for playing. It's obvious you either have no idea what your talking about, or are being intentionally dense.
