The United States Congress is the bicameral legislature of the federal government of the United States consisting of two houses: the Senate and the House of Representatives.
I really meant the worthless House of Representatives since they control spending, or rather, they are suppose to control spending.
But I get your point, Congress seems to be missing since the GOP took over.
