Trump does it because it works. Once you tag someone with something like “lightweight” or “low energy” is sticks. Look at how the Dems tagged Dan Quayle with “dumb”. He wasn’t, but he could never shake it. It basically killed his career.

In regards to this latest Rubio discussion, is it WHAT Trump said you don’t like or is it HOW he said it?

I agree. The number on this forum who exhibit unabashed love for someone who was a self proclaimed Dem only a frew years ago is hard to reconsile. McCain is less Rino.
